While at our community, you will meet other users from around the world who share an interest in anime, just like you. We are here to offer a bulletin board to discuss these things. In order to use our forums, though, there are some things you need to know.

I. General Acknowledgments

1.0.0 You are a guest on these forums. This means that you do not have an obligation to be here. At any time, if administration deems appropriate, you may have your account terminated at any time without prior consent.

1.1.0 You, solely, are responsible for the content you post on this site. While we (staff) at Anime Masters will do our best to ensure that all content follows forum rules, Anime Discussion Forums is not responsible for any content that violates a third-party's privacy.

1.2.0 Content on these forums is well-monitored. As staff, we have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content we see fit without prior consent otherwise. Disputes over deleted material can be filed pursuant to a personal message to an administrator

1.3.0 Under no circumstances are you allowed to disclose your password or any other private information other than noted below to any person on this site. Doing so will cause your account to be terminated indefinitely.

1.3.1 No personal information is to be posted on this site other than that is located within your forums profile. Information disclosed therein is your responsibility, and is to be done so at your own risk

1.4.0 You are limited to one (1) user account on these forums. If it is discovered that you are using more than one account to access the forum, both accounts will be banned indefinitely.

1.5.0 We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

1.6.0 Maximum sizes for avatars is set at 150 x 150 and signatures are set at 500 x 500 for one image. You may have more than one image in your signature as long as the combined area is no bigger than 500 by 500 pixels.

II. Content Rules

2.0.0 Content posted on Anime Masters is property of Anime Discussion Forums. All work relating to anime media is property of its respective owner. Anime Discussion Forums is not to be held responsible for content that violates a third-party’s copyright.

2.1.0 Information posted about upcoming anime releases is expected to be correct to your best knowledge. Posting false release dates will be cause for warning.

2.2.0 When posting media (videos), the following is not allowed under any circumstances: hentai, pornography, bondage, bukkake, or anything of the sort. Posting of such material will cause your account to be terminated indefinitely and further consequences to be initiated.

2.3.0 When posting media (videos), please include the following: the source of the video, the link to the video, and any other necessary information that is to be required as specified by either the author of the video and/or Anime Discussion Forums.

2.4.0 Above all, content is set at TV 14, PG-13 material and under. Material which displays a TV MA or R type material and depicts such actions suitable to that rating will be deleted. Content rating will be judged by Anime Discussion Forum staff, and we have the right to remove any content we deem appropriate at any time. Anime which is rated the TV MA or R ratings, but does not contain such material is acceptable.

2.5.0 If you are a publisher, and you see your content posted on our site that does not comply with certain credit courtesy or copyright, you may file a complaint pursuant to a Personal Message to one of the board administrators.

III. Posting Rules

3.0.0 Under no circumstances are you allowed to post anything that is racist, sexist, defamatory to any religion, or posting any content that contains the prior. Use common sense when posting…if you wouldn’t say it to your mother, then don’t say it here.

3.1.0 Flaming is allowed, if, and only if, it is appropriate. If a post is considered inappropriate by us, then we shall have the sole digression to delete it as we see fit, and initiate further action as we see. Constructive criticism is different from flaming. If you have something to say that can possibly benefit a member’s work, feel free to post it.

3.2.0 Do not post off-topic. If the subject of the thread is “What is your favorite anime?”, then we expect any and all posts in that thread to be about your favorite anime.

3.2.1 S.P.A.M. (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages) are not to be posted except in specific boards. Any posts that we see containing SPAM will be deleted without prior notice. If need be, further actions will be taken.

IV. Shoutbox Rules

4.0.0 All forum rules stated above are applicable in the shoutbox. While the rules are more lenient in the shoutbox, the rules are still generally in place.

Overall, make sure to have fun. This can become a great community if the members are willing to make it one.
